Guh-no-chi?

No. Nn-yo-key. (I am a horrible phonetic speller) Or at least that’s how my Italian Grandmother says it. So you buy some gnocchi, motz, baby tomatoes, parsley or basil.. or both, and some garlic (which I forgot). Chop the veggies, tear some mozzarella, pour on some olive oil, salt, paper. Boil some water, toss in the gnocchi till they float. Drain. Combine. I had a little spinach side salad with mine. Super fast meal! Tasty, so long as you like gnocchi. Matt was not a fan. For those of you that don’t know, gnocchi is made of potato! Enjoy!!!
